Januar 2015 als Schulungsnachweise ausgegeben werden, sind maschinenlesbar, d.h. mit einem Chip ausgestattet. Mit diesem Schritt soll die Sicherheit auf Baustellen erh\u00f6ht werden, da <strong>Smart PAL Cards<\/strong> eingesetzt werden k\u00f6nnen, um ausschlie\u00dflich geschulten Bedienern die Benutzung von Hubarbeitsb\u00fchnen und Mastkletterb\u00fchnen zu erm\u00f6glichen.Die Smart PAL Card ist mit einem Funksymbol gekennzeichnet und mit einem eingebetteten Chip ausgestattet. Die auf dem Chip gespeicherten Daten, wie Name, Registrierungsnummer und Schulungskategorien des Karteninhabers, sind auch auf die Karte gedruckt, sodass die Karte nach wie vor wie die Standard-Karte verwendet werden kann.Die Daten auf dem Chip k\u00f6nnen von einem Kartenleser an der Arbeitsb\u00fchne gelesen werden. Der Kartenleser kann so eingestellt werden, dass er bestimmte Daten akzeptiert (z.B. absolvierte Schulungen, Maschinenkategorien) und so den Betrieb der Arbeitsb\u00fchne zul\u00e4sst. Dies bedeutet, dass eine Maschine so programmiert werden kann, dass sie nur von einem Bediener mit der richtigen Schulung gestartet werden kann.Die Verwendung einer <strong>Smart PAL<\/strong> <strong>Card<\/strong> in Verbindung mit einem Leseger\u00e4t erm\u00f6glicht es, den Zugang zu einer Hubarbeitsb\u00fchne zu kontrollieren und dadurch die Arbeitssicherheit zu erh\u00f6hen. Baustellenleiter k\u00f6nnen das System verwenden, um sicherzustellen, dass nur entsprechend geschulte Bediener Hubarbeitsb\u00fchnen oder Mastkletterb\u00fchnen bedienen k\u00f6nnen. Es l\u00e4sst sich auch erfassen, wer welche Maschine wie lange verwendet hat, um unbefugte Benutzung zu verhindern.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Es besteht keine Verpflichtung, Maschinen mit Kartenleseger\u00e4ten auszur\u00fcsten und die <strong>PAL Card<\/strong> ist auf vielen Baustellen ein anerkannter Qualifizierungsnachweis&#8220;, sagt IPAF-Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer Tim Whiteman. &#8222;Die Chipkartentechnologie erh\u00f6ht die Optionen und bringt neue M\u00f6glichkeiten mit sich, um den Zugang zu Maschinen und deren Einsatz sicherer zu machen.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PAL Cards<\/strong> werden an Bediener ausgeh\u00e4ndigt, die das IPAF-Schulungsprogramm mit theoretischer und praktischer Pr\u00fcfung erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben.
