CTE<\/strong> empfiehlt folgende Produkte zu den von ihr erzeugten Hubarbeitsb\u00fchnen. Erste Wahl ist das Motor\u00f6l Panolin ECLs<\/strong> (ein Hydraulik\u00f6l auf Basis ges\u00e4ttigter synthetischer Ester), hergestellt von PANOLIN AG<\/strong>, einem unabh\u00e4ngigen Unternehmen mit Sitz in Madetswil in der Schweiz. Das Schmier\u00f6l entspricht dem neuen Beschluss der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission 2011\/381\/EU<\/strong>, der \u00f6kologische Kriterien sowie die damit verbundenen Beurteilungs- und Pr\u00fcfanforderungen f\u00fcr die Vergabe des EU-Umweltzeichens f\u00fcr Schmierstoffe festlegt. Seine Eigenschaften sind: ausgezeichnete Demulgierbarkeit, sehr gute Schaumvermeidung und schnelle Luftabgabe sowie die F\u00e4higkeit, Anlagen aufgrund seiner hohen Reinheit sauber zu halten. Panolin ist vollst\u00e4ndig synthetisch und sch\u00fctzt daher vor Verschlei\u00df, es ist extrem oxidationsstabil und verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine hohe biologische Abbaubarkeit.<\/p>\n

UMWELTBEWUSSTSEIN MACHT SICH BEZAHLT:<\/strong><\/div>\n

\u2022 Das Schmiermittel Panolin HJLP SYNTH E (f\u00fcr den Hydraulikkreislauf) muss alle 12.000 Stunden gewechselt werden, w\u00e4hrend Mineral\u00f6l nach 1500 Stunden gewechselt geh\u00f6rt.
\n\u2022 Das Schmiermittel Panolin BIOGEAR RS 80W\/90 (f\u00fcr Untersetzungsgetriebe) muss nach den ersten 100 Betriebsstunden, danach alle 6.000 Stunden oder 3 Jahre gewechselt werden. Mineral\u00f6le m\u00fcssen hingegen nach den ersten 100 Stunden und dann alle 2.000 Stunden gewechselt werden.
\n\u2022 Das bedeutet nicht nur Ersparnis in Geld, sondern auch ein \u00f6kologisches Plus: Jeder \u00d6lwechsel weniger verringert die Verschmutzung.
