REGELM\u00c4SSIGE WARTUNGSEINGRIFFE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Eine der geregelten Pflichten des Arbeitgebers besteht darin, die Arbeitsger\u00e4te den vom Hersteller angegebenen Kontrollen und Wartungsma\u00dfnahmen zu unterziehen.<\/p>\n

Die Kontrollen m\u00fcssen schriftlich festgehalten werden. Dieses sogenannte „Pr\u00fcfbuch“ wurde von der Richtlinie f\u00fcr Hubmaschinen eingef\u00fchrt und betrifft daher auch Arbeitsb\u00fchnen.<\/p>\n

In diesem Dokument sind zu verzeichnen: die \u00dcbergabe der Maschine an den Ersteigent\u00fcmer, die folgenden Eigentums\u00fcbertragungen, die regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Kontrolleingriffe, die Wartungsma\u00dfnahmen, der Austausch von Bestandteilen der Hydraulik und Elektrik, der Austausch von Strukturteilen und Sicherheitsvorrichtungen, Reparaturen und au\u00dferordentlichre Kontrollen, regelm\u00e4\u00dfige \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungen, \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungen der Strukturelemente usw.<\/p>\n

Wichtig ist, dass die eingetragenen Eingriffe im Hinblick auf deren H\u00e4ufigkeit, Art und Weise und der Kompetenz des durchf\u00fchrenden Personals mit den Vorgaben des Herstellers \u00fcbereinstimmen.<\/p><\/div>\n

Wie auch die Betriebsanleitung wird das Pr\u00fcfbuch somit zum integrierenden Bestandteil der Maschine und muss bis zu deren endg\u00fcltiger Entsorgung bei jedem Eigentums\u00fcbergang mit der Maschine \u00fcbergeben werden. Fehlt das Pr\u00fcfbuch oder wird es nicht laufend aktualisiert, zieht dies Strafen nach sich.
\nMit regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen und dokumentierten Kontrollen und Wartungen der Arbeitsger\u00e4te erf\u00fcllt der Arbeitgeber nicht nur die gesetzlichen Vorschriften, er gew\u00e4hrleistet auch die Funktionsf\u00e4higkeit der Maschine und den Erhalt ihres Handelswertes.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
