Dies, um einerseits die bei der gesamten Serie durchgef\u00fchrten Neuerungen hervorzuheben, andererseits zum Zweck der Vereinheitlichung mit der CTE ZED-Familie, deren Modelle seit jeher in Zehnerzahlen angegeben werden.<br \/>\nAusgehend von den bew\u00e4hrten Eigenschaften der<strong> CTE B-LIFT 162<\/strong>, stellt diese neue B\u00fchne gleichzeitig eine Weiterentwicklung und Revolutionierung der Teleskoparbeitsb\u00fchnen aus dem Hause<strong> CTE<\/strong> dar.<br \/>\nWeiterentwicklung: mit dem \u00dcbergang von 3 mm-Domex-Stahl zu Strenx-Strahl mit 2 mm St\u00e4rke wird die erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit dem schwedischen Stahlhersteller <strong>SSAB<\/strong> fortgesetzt.<br \/>\nZu dieser Weiterentwicklung kommt eine echte Revolution bei den elektrischen und hydraulischen Systemen: die Einf\u00fchrung eines<strong> CAN Bus-Systems<\/strong> sowie eines neuen hydraulischen Steuersystems. Beide werden vom langj\u00e4hrigen Gesch\u00e4ftspartner Tecnord geliefert.<br \/>\nDie Benutzerschnittstellen dieser Arbeitsb\u00fchne sind dieselben wie bei den Lkw-Gelenkteleskoparbeitsb\u00fchnen <strong>CTE ZED<\/strong> mit elektrohydraulischer vollkommen proportionaler Steuerung, variabler Motordrehzahl je nach Art der Bewegung, Geschwindigkeitskontrolle beim Beschleunigen und beim Abbremsen. Das innovative Bedienpult kann in einer speziellen Box auf der Trittfl\u00e4che verstaut werden. Um Serviceeingriffe zu vereinfachen, wurde ein Diagnosesystem wie bei den anderen Arbeitsb\u00fchnen von <strong>CTE (ZED, TRACCESS, B-LIFT)<\/strong> entwickelt. Das Fahrgestell ist v\u00f6llig neu gestaltet und verf\u00fcgt nun \u00fcber ein IOTS-System (integrated oil tank system), bei dem der \u00d6lbeh\u00e4lter in der Querstrebe untergebracht ist.<br \/>\nDas Gesamtgewicht der Arbeitsb\u00fchne liegt unter 3200 kg. Auf einem Nissan Cabstar NT 400 montiert, erreicht sie eine Gesamth\u00f6he unter 3000 mm. Die Abst\u00fctzung erfolgt mit dem hydraulisch-mechanischen H-System, auch in Fahrzeugbreite. Um den Zugang zum Korb zu vereinfachen, wurde dieser um 120 mm tiefer angebracht als bei den Vorg\u00e4ngerversionen der <strong>CTE B-LIFT<\/strong>. Rotation des Korbs um 65\u00b0 nach rechts und 65\u00b0 nach links. Drehbereich des Drehturms \u00b1200\u00b0. Der Korb ist aus Fiberglas oder zur G\u00e4nze aus Aluminium.
