Worin besteht Ihre Hauptt\u00e4tigkeit?<\/strong><br \/>\nWir verkaufen und vermieten Baumaschinen und -ger\u00e4te.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Wie lange arbeiten Sie schon in der Branche?<\/strong><br \/>\nDieses Jahr haben wir unser drei\u00dfigj\u00e4hriges Bestehen gefeiert (1986 \u2013 2016).<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Wie hat sich das Unternehmen im Laufe der Jahre entwickelt?<\/strong><br \/>\nAuch wenn sich die Zeiten \u00e4ndern und sich Technik und Vorschriften weiterentwickeln, garantieren wir seit drei\u00dfig Jahren erstklassige Dienstleistungen und die besten Maschinen und Ger\u00e4te der Branche.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. In welchen geographischen Gebieten ist Ihr Betrieb t\u00e4tig?<\/strong><br \/>\nWir sind in der gesamten Toskana t\u00e4tig, verkaufen aber landesweit Ersatzteile f\u00fcr die von uns vertriebenen Marken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Wie ist Ihre Beziehung zu den Mitbewerbern? Treten Sie auf dem Markt als wettbewerbsbewusster, dynamischer Anbieter auf?<\/strong><br \/>\nIn unserem Kerngebiet (zwischen Florenz, Prato und Pistoia) gibt es circa 30 Mitbewerber im Mietbereich. Wir zeichnen uns durch ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verh\u00e4ltnis und das besondere Augenmerk auf die Schulung unseres Personals aus. Ziel ist es, unsere Kunden so gut wie m\u00f6glich zu beraten und zu unterst\u00fctzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Wie hat sich der Markt in der letzten Zeit entwickelt?<\/strong><br \/>\nLeider ist seit einigen Jahren eine Rezession zu bemerken. F\u00fcr uns ist wichtig, dass wir unsere Marktanteile behalten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Wie ist Ihr Kundendienst organisiert?<\/strong><br \/>\nWir betreuen unsere Kunden direkt mit einer eigenen Werkst\u00e4tte, zwei Mechanikern und zwei Servicefahrzeugen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus bieten wir auch indirekten Service \u00fcber eine autorisierte Werkst\u00e4tte mit drei Mechanikern und drei Servicefahrzeugen. Sowohl unser eigenes als auch das Personal der autorisierten Werkst\u00e4tte nimmt regelm\u00e4\u00dfig an den Weiterbildungskursen der Unternehmen teil, deren Produkte wir vertreiben.<\/p>\n<p>8. Wie gro\u00df ist Ihr Maschinenpark?<br \/>\nWir f\u00fchren ungef\u00e4hr 250 Maschinen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>9. Welche Typen von Maschinen f\u00fchren Sie?<\/strong><br \/>\nLkw-B\u00fchnen, Raupenb\u00fchnen, selbstfahrende Arbeitsb\u00fchnen, Scherenb\u00fchnen, Minibagger, Bagger, Kompaktlader, Stra\u00dfenwalzen, Verdichter, Beton-Dumper, Teleskoplader, Dumper und Minidumper, Lastkraftwagen, Stromgeneratoren, Motorschwei\u00dfger\u00e4te, Kompressoren, Asphaltschneider, Motorpumpen, Panzerungen f\u00fcr Bauarbeiten und chemische Toiletten.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10. Wie lautet Ihr &#8222;Rezept&#8220;? Welche Werte verfolgen Sie bei Ihrer t\u00e4glichen Arbeit?<\/strong><br \/>\nAuf die Gefahr hin, mich zu wiederholen: Unsere wichtigsten Werte sind der erstklassige Service und die Qualit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p><strong>11. Wie viele CTE-B\u00fchnen f\u00fchren Sie?<\/strong><br \/>\n15 St\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<p><strong>12. Warum haben Sie sich f\u00fcr CTE-Arbeitsb\u00fchnen entschieden?<\/strong><br \/>\nWegen ihrer Qualit\u00e4t, ihrer Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit, der Bedienerfreundlichkeit und vor allem wegen des Kundendienstes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13. Welche Eigenschaften der CTE-Arbeitsb\u00fchnen \u00fcberzeugen besonders?<\/strong><br \/>\nUnserer Meinung nach alle.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14. Was erwarten sich Ihre Kunden von einer Arbeitsb\u00fchne? Was beeinflusst heute ihre Wahl?<\/strong><br \/>\nLeichte Bedienbarkeit, geringe Schadensanf\u00e4lligkeit, gro\u00dfe Arbeitsh\u00f6he und geringer Platzbedarf. Und alle diese Eigenschaften finden sie bei einer CTE-B\u00fchne.<br \/>\n<strong>PERS\u00d6NLICHE FRAGEN:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>15. Vermieter ist Ihr Beruf, aber was ist Ihre Leidenschaft?<\/strong><br \/>\nIch sammle und restauriere alte Rettungsautos. Das ist vielleicht ein ausgefallenes Hobby, aber ich bin seit 35 Jahren freiwilliger Mitarbeiter des Hilfswerks Misericordia in Florenz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>16. Gibt es Ber\u00fchrungspunkte zwischen Ihren Hobbies und Ihrer Arbeit?<\/strong><br \/>\nJa, man muss seinen Mitmenschen immer mit Respekt begegnen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>17. Was war Ihr gr\u00f6\u00dftes Erfolgserlebnis im beruflichen und im privaten Bereich?<\/strong><br \/>\nKunden zu haben, die mich nach drei\u00dfig Jahre T\u00e4tigkeit umarmen und wie ein Familienmitglied begr\u00fc\u00dfen. Privat, zum Pr\u00e4sidenten der Stiftung San Sebastiano des Hilfswerks Misericordia in Florenz ernannt worden zu sein.
