Socage Group presents Platform Service: the new era of after-sales service<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Socage Group, international leader in the production of aerial platforms up to 100 metres, presents Platform Service, the new after-sales service dedicated to the Socage, Socage Raptor and CTE brands. Socage Customer Service has been revamped and transformed, changing its name to Platform Service, a strategic step towards expanding the skills, structure and vision that characterise the Socage Group today.<\/p>\n

The creation of Platform Service is the concrete expression of a development process that has led the Group to consolidate its international presence and expand its brand portfolio. In this context, the after-sales service is also evolving to respond in an even more structured, efficient and specialised way to market needs, while maintaining a focus on quality, safety and operational continuity for customers.<\/p>\n

Operating from its headquarters in Sorbara di Bomporto (MO) and its office in Monterotondo (RM), Platform Service guarantees a solid and widespread organisational presence throughout the territory, supporting the national and international network.<\/p>\n

Platform Service offers constant and personalised support, combining highly specialised technical and digital skills with tools and resources designed to ensure rapid and effective intervention. Thanks to remote assistance and VRA (Augmented Reality Video Call), customers can count on immediate support wherever they are, reducing downtime and optimising operational management. When necessary, on-site intervention ensures a direct and qualified presence, capable of promptly addressing and resolving any technical issues.<\/p>\n

Our focus on safety and quality translates into a comprehensive service that includes professional maintenance, periodic checks and certification management in accordance with European regulations. The availability of original and certified spare parts guarantees reliability and performance over time, while the replacement platform service allows customers to continue their activities without interruption, even during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance. To complete the offer, training courses organised by the Group allow operators to obtain a licence to use aerial platforms, strengthening the culture of safety and professionalism.<\/p>\n
