{"id":1778,"date":"2015-05-19T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-05-19T10:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ctelift.com\/2015\/05\/19\/in-the-spotlight-safer-operators-at-height\/"},"modified":"2015-05-19T12:00:00","modified_gmt":"2015-05-19T10:00:00","slug":"in-the-spotlight-safer-operators-at-height","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.ctelift.com\/en\/in-the-spotlight-safer-operators-at-height\/","title":{"rendered":"IN THE SPOTLIGHT &#8211; Safer operators at height"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">To maneuver an aerial platform requires maximum care, but it\u2019s not always easy to control all the platforms elements, specifically when the operator moves at height.<\/p>\n<p>A very common mistake is to not control the position of the operators\u2019 hands in the basket, that can crush between the basket and a roof or a fa\u00e7ade: meeting the requirement of the EN 280:2013, the handrail of <strong>CTE <\/strong>aerial platforms basket now presents a double bar protecting operator and passenger hands during aerial maneuvers.<\/p>\n<p>To make \u201c<strong>work becomes easy<\/strong>\u201d, <strong>CTE <\/strong>introduced also a new cleaning system at the sides of the basket (trough two small opening).
